It was cozy, with a very comfortable mattress. It was also very clean and the breakfast was good, even if it is simple and the same in every morning. The ladies from the restaurant were very welcoming. The location is perfect because it is close to a lot of restaurants and also close (4-5mins) to Earl’s Court underground station. Our room, 34 which was on 5th floor was warm (in January) and quiet (also the neighborhood is quiet). I think this hotel offers the best value for money you can find in London with a great location! It’s not a five star hotel but the large room, great bed, heating and breakfast are good enough.

The hotel is located in a quiet location, away from main street. All the staff was very polite, friendly and professional. We were welcomed with a warm smile every time we left or returned to hotel. Rooms are very clean and in good shape. Breakfast had variety of different foods, all fresh and good tasting. I can easily recommend this to families looking for a place to crash after a long day visiting London's many attractions. The hotel is situated 3min walking distance from Earls Court tube station. In close proximity you can find many fast food places, grocery store, a pharmacy and other facilities.

We stayed last week in your hotel for a 4 night stay. We said we would leave some tips to the staff but unfortunately, we have not been able to do it at the end of our stay. We were short in cash. Anyway, we really appreciated our stay and would like to thank especially Marufa and Salim. They have been perfect with us! The housekeeping team and breakfast team were great as well! We will definitely recommend this hotel and we'll come and stay the next time we stop by London. Have a great afternoon. Mr Girard, Ms Boisseau and Leo (their son) The french family

Positives. Amazing location with tube station 5 minute walk away. Central to most places of interest. Staff were very friendly. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was a good selection and fresh. Slight negatives. Our room was next to the lift and although it didn't keep us awake you could hear it. If you like a soft bed you might struggle. The bed is firm. The tv didn't have a great selection of channels. Overall the stay was positive. We did lots of sightseeing and the stay was clean, comfortable amd good value for the location.

The staff were respectful, polite, helpful, caring people, and very friendly. The facility exceeded my expectations by far above a perceived level when I booked online. I walked into a huge surprise of extremely high quality values for money. The food was delicious and the restaurant crew were always smiling and available to serve without hesitations. The bathroom was clean and the room was comfortable. I would come back again anytime soon. I recommend Kensington Court Hotel for your next visit to London.
